Your contributions of items such as jewelry, artwork and other valuables that help support special events.  In-kind gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

DEFERRED GIFTS

A gift made through charitable bequests and trusts, life insurance and gift annuities provides a convenient and practical way to leave a legacy to Udac.

REAL ESTATE

The tax benefits of appreciated real estate, such as land, home and vacation property can be deducted for the full market value of the property and there’s no tax on the capital gain.

APPRECIATED SECURITIES

Gifts of stocks and bonds engender exceptional tax savings on capital gains in addition to the tax deductions associated with charitable gifts.

DONOR ADVISED FUNDS

A charitable giving vehicle that allows for immediate tax benefits on contributions and grants made over time.

QUALIFIED CHARITABLE DONATIONS

Allows individuals aged 70½ and older to donate directly from their IRA and exclude the distribution from their taxable income, transfer up to $108,000 per person from an IRA.
