Employment Services is a process that is customized for each individual and allows them to gain an understanding of working in the community. Careers and jobs are included in the exploration.
CENTER - BASED BUSINESS
Working within the Udac facility on Mailing, Shredding, Laundry, Assembly and Customized Packaging Services.
COMMUNITY - BASED WORK CREWS
Working out in the community as part of a small group under the supervision of a job coach.
JOB COACH SUPPORT
Working in competitive employment with or without a job coach.
