Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
We are looking for someone who is patient, kind, hard-working, dedicated and a team player. A Direct Support Professional must be adaptable because every day is different at Udac and an employee's role varies day-to-day. This position focuses on teamwork, building and maintaining relationships with clients and empowering the people we serve through our various programs.
Works directly with one specific consumer to develop their life experiences throughout their life to develop and assist them with their personal needs.
Community Based DSP
Develop and lead activities for consumers to promote vocational skills involving; social, physical and intellectual growth in a center based setting.
Develops, organizes and coordinates vocational and community curriculum for Udac. In addition creating and reporting on consumer outcomes, supports and methods, risk management plans and other paperwork as assigned. Develop activities and related timelines to meet established consumer program goals.
